Racist ~ it is tiring watching the media's propensity for showing one side of a demographic. My husband and his siblings are all college educated and soft spoken. My husband was also a student athlete, red-shirting behind Marcus Allen. Yet his college scholarship was for academics not sports. His older sister graduated from college at the age of 17 and began a carrier with Enron. His younger sister runs her own title company.

They were all raised by a single mom, as his father died when he was 9yrs old. His mom worked as a decoder at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. (I might be wrong about which base in S.D. but I am fairly certain it was Coronado as she spoke of that place often. She was a tough cookie with a brilliant mind.

It is not a demographic issue. It is a parenting/environmental issue.

We had to fire an employee, who was Caucasian, (race not important except to show that stupid has no racial boundaries) He got into a fight with another driver and threatened to kill the man and his children in the car. All caught on cell phone video.

I can give many more examples... white, brown, black... (Yet, I have no personal examples of Asian violence, that is also interesting)

In AF basic training I had a friend whose last name was Williams. We were known as Sherwin Williams. He was African-American and was adopted by a white Caucasian family. He was white in every sense of the word except for his skin color.

Me too had a delightful negro for a bunk buddy in basic. He was appointed the house mouse while my job was to be the bed aLiner which isn’t a word, but using a big L shuts up the spellchecker. Great minds indeed think aLike. A big “l” is Likely one way to indicate that we all are Fully Reliant On God.

In the Salt Lake Valley the church is selling stake houses - there is one in West Jordan for sell. $1.9 million. All of the wards have lost so many people that they have been taking 3 wards and combining them into one. We are back into the ward we split from 30 years ago. East side, west side and especially down town, where one ward occupies one building instead of three. The city is using the empty buildings for the 12 step addiction program meetings, and other trainings.

Church isn't going to admit that there is a mass rush to the exits - but there is in the Salt Lake Valley.

People are coming to a knowledge of the truth.
