I am Enoch. I am a prophet chosen by the Lord to help in his work. I love God and all things about him. I am a Lamanite in my current incarnation. I'm am probably not as studied as you all are, or as bright in the knowledge of numbers. God is working with me to help me do his will. I grew up LDS I have a large family. I like to draw cartoons, watch animation/anime, exercise - I like all thing graphical comics, graphic design, science fiction, symbols and motion graphics. If I'm not working I focus on my family and children - making sure we have loving home. I do some programming but very little mostly some css, html and js. Favorite cartoon is Rankin of Kings I see it as a symbol for my life. The Savior is my where my heart is at home. I remember watching movies about him and wondering how can a man like this exist. I have been looking for good principles especially for the children in our home. I've struggled with many things, but God has been merciful and has given me many many blessings. I hope I can learn from you and be your friend.

This is a big beef of mine. Independence Day is more than being independent as a nation. It’s not about not having to fly the British flag. It’s about the individual being independent of tyranny, whether it be from an individual tyrant (king, emperor, etc) or collective tyrants (democracy). If people ever think of the 4th of July as anything more than a BBQ with fireworks, they just assume that as long as we’re flying the Stars and Stripes, we’re “free.”

It’s that attitude that has America on its deathbed with Gadianton as attending physician.

That is exactly what is weighting heavily in my heart today. And why I can not in good conscience celebrate it in that traditional manner.

Heart is a terrible translation of the Hebrew word LEVAV and isn't all about the Warm Fuzzies that don't accompany a bear hug, as explained in an embedded video found in context of a great post by Enoch.

An interesting business idea could be to start making political cartoons.... I also have a daughter that wants to be a voice actress some day... A cartoon for homeschooling moms to show their kids.... the truth being politics or something like that.
