Can we have a section to promote business?

Would it be ok if we had a business section?
It could have 3 sub-sections:
1. Start-ups
It can be for people to market their start-up business or products they own or are trying to build.
2. Networking:
Another section could be a place to share business ideas, for people to help each other get started in building their business/product/projects
3.Classifieds:
It can be a place people can sell things, exchange services, etc
