9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Can all that be done on this earth?

No No No No and No !

21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

Yes, all the above will/shall be true but not right away, because.

This is on the new earth.

21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

And this is after the resurrection because ...

21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

... it is the second death of the wicked. I have taught numerous times that there is a difference between the ungodly and the wicked. The ungodly have nothing of God within them and they are not resurrected. The wicked do have something of God within them and yet they choose to do wickedly after the resurrection. So after the Holy City comes down to the New Earth God declares.

22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

Leopard's do not change their spots. But everyone that was resurrected upon the New Earth gets the chance to keep God's commandments and to be sinless. If that is what we want God will help us and we will not fail. But those that want to be wicked can be wicked because our agency is never taken away. When so many of God's people have died in their sins on this earth and therefore do not qualify for eternity with God a second chance on the New Earth having been given a terrestrial type body is the only remaining chance for salvation.

Daniel 9:24-27 IS A NEW EARTH PROPHECY The 70th week of Daniel will be on the New Earth, not this earth.
