Lord of the Flies

A couple of years ago I was given the title Lord of the Flies at LDSFF. They gave me that title because of the report that I made. Flies were terrible that year and I got so fed up that I used my weirding way voice (like in Dune but I used it in the past before I ever saw dune!) and said, "no more flies". The flies were instantly gone. They were not just gone from my house but also from the whole neighborhood. I asked the neighbors about it and pretended to be as baffled as they were why the flies just vanished. I don't mind you guys thinking I'm crazy but I don't want my neighbors thinking I'm crazy.

Anyway, I had my first fly in the house since then and it was out for vengeance. When I couldn't defeat it by normal means I used my weirding way voice again and it seems to be gone.

Pesky flies were being very bothersome, and somehow there was always one, even being very careful not to leave any door open. Yesterday was the first in a long time there hasn’t been any flies to bug me. Hope the trend continues.
