Line upon line is like training wheels for those learning to ride a bicycle. Somehow my sister taught me without them, and I don’t remember crashing so evidently they’re optional like my March 8 encounters that aided understanding shown at March8Miracle.org. Later similitudes made sense similar to Joseph receiving revelations without a physical aid, although he made up a bunch of crap too.Michael Sherwin wrote: Fri Feb 07, 2025 7:52 pmIt is not the same. I still have no idea why you take issue with the verses I added. They're almost identical to what you quoted. It's like you're arguing with yourself.
In Isaiah 28:13 God is saying it is too complicated to do "precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little" and therefore the people will, "go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken". Falling backwards, being broken, snared and taken is not a good thing.
5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
They are taken.
5:4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
